Prints & Information

PRINT STYLES

The following pages provide detailed information regarding the museum quality print styles I offer and the differences between them, my general business practices, and what to expect when working with me during and after the process of creating your fine art piece. No matter which medium you choose, your Limited Edition art piece will be meticulously crafted to museum quality standards with full archival longevity. If, afterward you still have questions, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to satisfy your inquiries.

LIMITED EDITIONS AND PROVENANCE

Many photographers offer their photographs as “open editions”, meaning an unlimited number of prints of the same image can be produced over time, severely limiting their value. It is important to note that NONE of the images in my collection are open editions. Every photograph in my collection is limited in number, with most as editions of 50, 75, or 150, to protect your investment in a fine art piece. Each piece from my collections is digitally embedded in an unobtrusive manner with my signature and your edition number (such as 46/75), and a hand-signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity is shipped separately for additional provenance. Once a photograph has reached its production limit, regardless of medium or size, it will never be produced again. This keeps each piece rare and promotes its value to you as a collector.

ABOUT FIRST PRINTING - FP

I keep each first print for myself, or to be offered as the final print sold of a particular Limited Edition. This elevates the value of the piece, and it will increase in value at a faster rate than pieces from the body of the collection itself. First Printing pieces are an investment of $1500 above the standard pricing for ChromaLuxe or $2000 above the standard pricing for Lumachrome HD prints.

Please contact me to make sure your choice piece is available, and to obtain an invoice for purchase. First Prints can be personalized, and make these an awesome opportunity to purchase as a gift for a loved one or a business partner.
